As a first time in München and being excited to try some different ramen from other places and then compare them to the ones I've had until now, this was really disappointing. The entrees were amazing, the karrage was super crispy and crunch, it felt perfect... The shrimp gyoza was also stunning, so I ended up getting excited about the ramen.... However that excitement turned into disappointment and later into annoyance. It was overwhelmingly bland and tasteless... Felt like drinking heavily dialuted soup base with 40% oil in it. The noodles were slight undercooked and the flavor was just lacking all together. There was no spice in the tantan men and the yuzu shoyu was also just salty, there were no traces of citrus.
