Wonder Waffel München — Restaurant in Munich

I honestly can’t believe a place like this even exists.

We placed our order based on the photos on their Instagram, but what we received looked nothing like them.

We ordered the Bueno Wondercream, expecting what was advertised — instead, we received a glass filled with some kind of cream or ice cream mixture, with no trace of Bueno and nothing resembling the photo.

We also ordered a waffle, specifically asking for the ice cream to be placed on the waffle and that the waffle be properly baked. What arrived was a half-raw waffle, with the ice cream served next to it, already melting and dripping off the plate.

To make matters worse, the cappuccino cup was dirty.

When we politely raised these concerns, the staff member in charge replied: “Oh no, we can’t make what’s in the photos.”

When we insisted that this was misleading and unacceptable, another staff member said (translated from German): “I don’t care, I just want to go home.”

At that point, we were refunded and left immediately.

It’s shocking that such unprofessional behavior is tolerated. Customer service matters — and staff who are dismissive, careless, or clearly uninterested in their job should not be left in charge, especially during...

Hi I would like to give this one star not to the Wonder Waffel but specifically for Munchen Wonder Waffel Café. I live in Frankfurt and there people are just crazy the quality is Waffel is to die for , the Waffel is properly baked with lots of Nutella and fruits. However my experience with Munich Wonder Waffel was Heart Breaking I really love Wonder Waffel but this branch manger really need to work on quality and should learn from Frankfurt how do they make. There was hardly anyone in the cafe apart from me however on Frankfurt the queue is really long and you need to wait longer but now I know why the queue line is longer because of the quality they serve. If Munich branch want to level up they need to change the staff and maintain the quality (waffle guy) was rude he did not give any Nutella even I after asking. Price is significantly high in Frankfurt it’s 7.50 for my classiker which include perfectly baked waffle , lots of ripened fruits with Nutella and in Munich is paid 9.90 for unbaked waffle , unripe banana and I guess 2 or 3 prices of strawberry and kiwi. So totally waste of money and energy specially when you are big fan of...

If you tell your allergies, you will exactly receive what you cannot eat sadly. TooGoodToGo is really only 40% off and new, untouched ice is getting scooped. Wooden spoons to go cost 50ct extra.

Waffle still looks very good even after some hours. It was not just hazelnut. I never told you my account. How come you attack me for a different person? We did not get any cutlery. We did not get any because we did not order them. The price for wooden spoons is informational for other guests. Don't get heated up and defend yourself if there is no attack. You can use the packages carton as a spoon. Luckily I did not say the number of seats or there would have been the response on why 6 seats are enough for the cafe during winter or similar.
