I have often eaten at various branches and usually the staff is very nice and friendly.

Yesterday in this branch a girl was very arrogant and rude to us, forgetting that she was talking to customers. Already at the beginning when we showed the green pass, before making us sit down and welcome the customer, she requested the registration in a very unfriendly way, in fact we asked her, can we sit down, instead of standing in front of the entrance and calmly register? (With green pass already checked).

Later (with empty room), and we were not yet seated, we asked if we could choose a larger table near the window, because two other people were coming and she was very annoyed and rude.

The other two young guys were very nice and friendly and I'm sorry, because we won't be coming back to this branch again and I hope this feedback can change that attitude. Not a smile, no welcome whatsoever, we really...

The food is just okey when it comes to burgers, they don't serve an outstandingly good burger but not bad. The atmosphere is nevertheless very nice, its cool to seat here. Now when it comes to service, I will give it a 2 stars and I am sorry for those who work here and don't deserve it but, we had to wait almost an hour to get our orders, not exaggerating, literally almost an hour to get a few burgers....

What is shocking is a young lady who works there and got upset because someone on our table made her know that a few burgers don't require an hour. Not only that she barely apologized, but she didn't show a even a spark of professionalism by at least apologizing.

I don't recommend this place if you are in a hurry. And to the the manager of this place, please make sure your waiters are trained to handle dissatisfied customers due to how...

Sadly our drinks took 50 minutes when the restaurant was not full. Food came 10 minutes later, but one of two burgers was room temperature, same as the fries. The extra dip has developed a skin. To be fair, we did not complain to a server as we were starving and could not get hold of a server easily.

The killer: when paying via the QR code the minimum tip is 5%. Mind you, this is Germany, tip is optional and definitely not 5% minimum. Also interesting that the "round up" option rounded to 51€. Not my definition of rounding up. When we requested to pay the server was quite visibly pissed and took 20 minutes and extra encouragement.

While the food was decent taste wise, we did not appreciate the room temperature dishes.

I won't be coming back and also do not recommend...
