Updating the review because it seems the restaurant tagged my review as abusive to Google. This means that if I didn’t answer Google request for information, the review would be deleted. My review was 4 years ago, but reflected my perspective of the place at the time. The fact that they flag normal reviews as fraudulent tells you about the honesty of the place though… So here is my updated review with why I disliked the place :)
Pizza do not taste very good. The crust is flat and salty. The overall dish is salty. The ingredients are of low quality. I have had worse pizzas, but the quality is not good at this restaurant Service is bad. When I went there with my partner, they didn’t accept cards, and basically rudely told to me walk around the neighbourhood in the cold at night to get some cash at an ATM. With my partner staying there as some kind of hostage. I understand some places do not take card in Munich, but the staff was very rude about the incident, and had me embarrassed in front of my partner with no apologies whatsoever, just blaming me for not knowing their restaurant rules.
Service is bad. The staff pretended to not speak English, and tried to serve themselves a round up tip without my approval. He acted offended when we told him to give back our money (so to match the bill). Service is bad. The staff does speak English as they are all students from surrounding universities, no professional staff in there. At least this is the impression they gave. Not necessarily a problem, but you can see they don’t care about the quality of service Service is bad. It took forever to get our order.

He said no, and we order a different item. Perfectly okay. Brought the carbonara anyway. Said that was not what we ordered so he took it away. Finished our meal, asked another waiter to pay. He quite rudely stuck the card machine at us, barely a thank you. We left only to realise they overcharged us. We walked back to sort it out. Trying to get them to fix the problem, we got the rudest most dismissive attitude. I explained the issue multiple times, the man treated us like secondary issue as we stood in the busy restaurant taking up space. He showed us a completely wrong order, then finally found it after another staff member told him how to find it (I already told him how to find it but he got nasty with me). He gave us the refund after a very tense and frustrating experience, he gave no apology for the mixup, even dropped some coins on the floor and that was the end of that. It’s sad, this is my second time here and it’s beautiful food, not sure what was going on but the rudeness of the staff tonight was possibly the worst I’ve had in a restaurant, and I rarely write reviews unless something was particularly bad worth me...

Even though I perceived him far from service minded, I said he could charge 44 Euro (pizzas are good). I paid by Apple pay, he left the table very fast, then I noticed he had charged 54 Euro. I contacted a waitress and asked for the physical bill which showed 41,90 Euro. I informed her that I had asked her colleague to charge 44 Euros, and showed her that he had charged 54 Euro, this without showing me which numbers he put into the card payment machine. She seemed embarrassed and fetched her colleague. He came to the table in high speed, said "apologies " and returned a 10 Euro note and left immediately. Even though he tried to steal 10 Euros he kept the tip, what an attitude!!
