Food is fine, service is an absolute disaster. Arrived on time for the reserved table while the place was still empty inside. Waited for 1h to order food seeing how people arriving much later already were served. After around 10 reminders to different staff members, the food came. Incomplete. Missing bread and toast for the eggs, missing coffee, missing croissant. After requesting the missing elements, only the bread did not come until we had finished the food. Since we had been there already for 2h, mostly waiting without even a glass of water, we asked for the bill while they cleaned the table. We asked for the bill to 3 different waiters (once again) a total of five times and 37’ waiting. We told one of the waiters - whom we had asked for the bill twice - that we needed to go and since they would not bring us the tab we were leaving. In less than 30sec the owner followed us asking why we would leave without paying! Of course I came back and paid but I even had to demand an apology after probably the worst service ever in my life.

Just...

I went for brunch on a Saturday. We had a reservation for it and I believe it was needed since the place was very busy. The waitress took our orders and didn't take long for our food to get to the table. I ordered avocado toast with salad on the side. Unfortunately they put lots of chili flakes on top of the toast, even though in the menu it didn't specify it had chili, it said only herbs. I didn't want to bother with sending it back, the waiters were almost running around and it would probably take a while to get the food back so I removed the flakes myself. This dish also has slices of tomatoes and a couple of them were old (you know it when it's almost mushy) and honestly they could have put more avocado since the layer of avocado puree was very thin The salad was tasty because of the dressing. The ambience was nice and well lit but I guess I wasn't lucky...

We arrived about mid-day ish. Found a table that was in the sun, it turned out to be abit to hot for us and we asked to sit inside as my partner went in and looked and found alot of free tables. We kindly asked the waitering staff to be seated inside, after 10 minutes they returned and told us that it wasn’t possible but we could ask some other companies to move in on their table. We declined.

Then some people left and we went to the table to take the seating available next to other guests. The staff then told us we couldn’t sit there either. I asked if it was reserved, they said no and left.

We had to ask for the bill several times, no check-ins during our stay. We were made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff.

Food was tasty. Great grapefruit drink.

Service was off, the staff had to ask the manager for permission for...

My girlfriend had been telling me about this place for a long time and singing its praises, so I came here like “yeah let’s see then”. She was right. Starting with the coffee, which was just right (not overwhelmingly bitter, not lava hot), transitioning into the food, with the right mix of flavors and textures, and seasoned just perfectly. She said the eggs Benedict were the best she’s tried, and I believe her. My bagel was the perfect balance of fresh, chewy and toasted, with some nice herb butter and scrambled eggs to accompany it. To finish it off, cheesecake which was actually crusty 😋 Delish! Will return for sure.
