Morso Cafe — Restaurant in Munich

UPDATE: The cafe tried to remove my review twice but I have prove that I was in the cafe that day. Its so cheap,guys, to "clean" negative reviews!!! Please, focus better on the improvement. We were regular clients for the last month. And the stuff was 90% of the time so unfriendly. The guy with blond hair made a wrong order twice, I didn't mind, but second time we were there he insisted that it was me who didn't tell him the right order while I asked him twice while ordering and he just turned around while I was talking 😖 and when I came to change it( just found it very rude he were making it like it was my fault that he didn't listen ) he told me again that I ordered smth different. Then the other guy brought me a coffee. But was again wrong( it was the order of my husband, who already received it) so , stuff is the only reason I don't want to go...

The atmosphere of this place is great, with nice interior design. I really like the counter seats especially. The latte tastes also good, too. Always consistent. It’s just that, like lots of other reviews say, the customer service is terrible here. The blond staff completely ignored us when we said thank you to him (twice) when he served us. He didn’t even look at us. The other staff taking orders didn’t have a nice attitude either. We don’t know each other. I don’t need to get such a cold vibe from someone I don’t know when I’m done nothing wrong. The service at the other Morso cafe in Lehel is much better. At least the staff there is always friendly and nice. I hope the staff here will learn from the other Morso cafes about how to leave a good impression to...

Location: it is in Schwabing, a little bit distance for walking. You could find parking slots nearby the street. (4)

Environment: they have inside and outside area. Only few tables inside but close to the window, when the weather is nice you can sit outside, they have afternoon sun. Unfortunately they don’t have toilet inside the house (4)

Food: the coffee is decent. I like the coffee latte, and a friend says they have good espresso too. The chocolate croissant was soft and creamy. (5)

Service: you need to order at the bar, then they will bring you the food to your table. I go there in the mornings of weekend. Ordering and making coffee is the same person, so you need to wait a bit longer. (4)

Price: normal price for Schwabing....
