NEOSOCIETY MUNICH — Restaurant in Munich

Update: I unfortunately need to update my comment here due to a negative experience I had today. One of the things I like about going to a café is to take my book homework or laptop with me and just hang out when I am drinking and eating. Unfortunately some cafés including this place is not welcoming customers with laptops or tablets as far as I see especially during the busy times. I am a frequent customer and I also go there during the week when it's not busy and today I went on a holiday where it was more busier than usual. Unfortunately, the managers asked us to leave because we are using using our laptops and said that it is difficult for them because it's very busy. The main thing that is annoying me is that these places act like I abuse them when I open my laptop, but I spent money there and I usually spend more than an average client because I sit longer there. For example, in this case, we were two and we both had our drinks and also food to share. Most of the clients there usually only have a drink. so it doesn't actually make sense from a revenue perspective than you kick someone out who spends money more than others.

I am new in Munich, and since I moved here I’ve been trying to find a decent coffee shop with great coffee and pastries. I tried the cappuccino and “Franz”. The coffee was excellent, both the taste and texture, it was just right. The “Franz”, (like some type of croissant) had a decent crunch, was not too sweet to someone like me who is not too fond of too sugary pastries and went well with my coffee. The staff was nice and the prices are in the range of most Munich coffee shops, I paid 7,30 in total. I am definitely coming back...

Excellent matcha. Matcha is top quality, the best I‘ve had so far. The matcha flavor is present and well-balanced, with just the right hint of pistachio in the background that complements the matcha perfectly.

The prices are on the higher side, but worth it for the quality you get.

The barista was very friendly, and you can see the care and effort that goes into preparing each drink.
