Ristorante Pizzeria Da Bello E Bello — Restaurant in Munich

Had shrimp pasta, which tasted ok/mediocre, but the service was absolutely horrendous, even by European standards. We were essentially ignored, got our own menus, were not offered bread baskets and walked up to pay. They weren't especially busy and other people were being served. Usually I'm tolerant of bad/non-enthusiastic service, but the food wasn't good enough to justify that. It's probably ok as a take-out place, but the sit-down experience left something...

It's unbelievable how can the service be this bad. The food is cheap , but still not worth the price. We order pizza and pasta for 7 people in total, they first served the the pizza and they forgot completely about the pasta. 40 minutes after no one came around the table so I approached the kitchen to ask and they had completely lost the order, the waiter didn't even apologized. Then I order another bottle of water and it took 10 minutes... Really...

Ausgezeichneter Service im Bello Bello – ein großes Dankeschön an Joan!

Ich war letzte Woche im Restaurant Bello Bello und möchte ein besonderes Lob aussprechen: Schon beim Empfang wurden wir von einem außergewöhnlich freundlichen Service begrüßt. Joan, der junge Mann, der uns bereits von der Straße mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und seinem charmant-verschmitzten Humor – inklusive einem leicht „gebrochenen“ bayerischen Akzent – willkommen hieß, hat von Anfang an für eine lockere und angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt.

Sein Humor war stets geschmackvoll und hat unser gesamtes Erlebnis auf wunderbare Weise bereichert. Es war deutlich zu spüren, dass er seinen Beruf mit echter Leidenschaft und Professionalität ausübt – weiter so, Joan! Du machst das wirklich hervorragend!

Auch das Essen war auf höchstem Niveau. Nachdem uns Joan die Speisen präsentiert hatte, waren wir nicht nur kulinarisch begeistert, sondern auch menschlich berührt von so viel Herzlichkeit und Hingabe.

Lieber Joan, hätte ich die Möglichkeit, dir zehn Sterne zu geben – du würdest sie ohne Frage verdienen. Leider sind nur fünf möglich, aber diese gehen voll und ganz an dich!

Deine Witze haben es sogar bis ins Büro geschafft – wir sprechen dort noch immer davon. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal im Bello Bello.
