Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype

I ordered from this burger place with my colleague, hoping to take advantage of their Wednesday half-price promotion. However, the restaurant didn’t inform us that the burgers we chose weren’t included in the deal. They simply prepared the food and charged us full price, which felt quite misleading and unfair.

As for the food itself, the so-called “steak burger” was a letdown. Instead of a proper steak patty, it consisted of four or five random pieces of overcooked beef thrown together. The quality was extremely poor, especially considering the burger cost nearly 21 euros.

I really don’t understand where the 4.9-star rating comes from. Aside from the onions and an overly salty sauce, there was nothing tasty about the burger. Both my colleague and I were disappointed, and neither of us enjoyed the meal.

Just visited this place with my boyfriend and we both are truly impressed. We ordered lamb ribs shashlik and they were heavenly and really to die for. Manty, the salad, samsa were also really delicious. Even the tea and the dessert. You can really tell they have a top notch cook and buy the best meat possible. The atmosphere of the place is somewhat low key and simple and that precisely makes this restaurant very authentic and really homely. In Uzbekistan you always find best food in very simple traditional places. We thank this restaurant for a very friendly welcome and really great food. Happy to be visiting Samarkand.You are always greeted by the owner with a wholehearted smile.The food is great and you will leave the plates completely clean.Today I ordered Tea and Chicken shashlik (skewer).Well spiced and fabulous portions.I cleaned up my plate .The tea was served in an exquisite pot and was also a feast to the eyes .The proximity to Ostbahnhof is also another attraction.There are fast food joints nearby and none can compete with the finesse of this place
