Sephora Munich — Local services in Munich

Very bad and unkind and impolite service. I kindly asked for a product, and an employee unkindly told me that they didn't have it, with a flat face and voice, no eye contact and a quick answer, as if she only waited 'till I was gone. Nevertheless I continued looking around the shop, when I asked another employee for another product, which turns out they again didn't have. But this time I showed the employee a picture of this product I wanted on my phone, and she didn't even bother to turn around to me - she looked at my phone for a glimpse, remained in the same position with a straight faca and straight voice and said that they didn't have it. After that I lost the will to continue shopping there and left the store dissappointed. My problem wasn't the fact that they dont't have some products that I maybe with they had, but the fact that I as a tourist who was ready to spend money in their store got treated very impolitely and unfriendly - some enthusiasm could have been shown. I understand that it may be hard and exhausting working day in and day out in retail, but when working in a highly priced store, you have to treat your customers with more respect and kindness - especially when they are ready to spend a huge amount money in there. Shopping at Sephora in Munich was such a fantastic experience! The store is beautifully laid out with a modern, sleek design that makes it easy to browse all the different brands and products. The most crappy Sephora store in all Germany! The corner it‘s like 60m2 the shelfs and products are packed, it‘s realy crowded especially the worse in weekends because is located in the big central department store in Marienplatz where is the central turistic point. If you go in weekend there to buy something you risk getting trampled. For the staff you need to run all the time to ask something because you can find only two employees and they are so cold. You never find testers for all the products and the testers that are already on the shelf are realy dirty or empty. Although Munich its a big turistic city and populated if you want to buy something from Sephora you risk to not find it in store and you need to order online on their website because the big stock and more brands you find only online. Disappointing… Munich needs a better stocked big...
