Worse service ever in Munich. We were a group of four friends, ordered some cocktails and for two of them we just asked to substitute Gordon’s gin with Roku gin. One bartender was at her first day of work and wrote something in the cash counter. Then, the friend asking for the cocktail with Roku Gin should leave, and asked for her bill. Here the first mistake of the evening. The second bartender, instead of bringing her the bill, prepared for her two other cocktails. We let him notice the mistake and one cocktail was offered to us and we decided to take and pay for the second one. At the end of the evening, the second mistake. We asked for our bill and in the final bill there was a cocktail of only Roku Gin for the cost of €9. We told him nobody ordered this Roku Gin cocktail and tried to explain that probably this mistake came from what had been registered in the cash counter at the beginning of the evening. But no way. Impossible to explain something to the guy. He was sure there was no mistake from their side. I tried to explain to the bartender that we were 4, we had paid over €100 and nobody wanted to steal a €9 cocktail. But nothing. No way. Sorry, but worse service ever in Munich. Still worse was his way to address to me; I tried to explain him many times about this mistake and his replies were: “Hey ich weiss es nicht, das ist dein Tisch, deine Freunde!” “du machst mir fertig”, “oh du willst nicht zuhoeren”. I just tried to explain that they probably got confused by the substitution at the beginning of the evening and who can drink a whole glass of pure Gin??! In the end we had to pay for something we did not drink. So, in this bar, if the bartender registers something you did not drink, you, as a customer, are always wrong and must pay. Munich is full of nice places where to spend money and time. No need to come back to this one. Update 10th, July I am forced to update my review. It is very sad that my review has been judged simply "angry" by the owner or whoever replied to my review, instead of making an efford to try to understand what has happened. So if a customer complains, he is angry; good to know. I am complaining about the fact that your records are wrong. Check better, please! Nobody took any Gin Tonic with Roku. We always took Basil Smash with Roku Gin (instead than with Gordon's gin). And on our bill it was written Roku Gin, not Gin Tonic in fact! if I am complaining about who recorded something wrong in the cash counter, probably, by checking your records, is not really helpful nor useful bcs you also do not think any of your bartenders can make a mistake in recording something. You also write "we are sorry that you chose to write an angry review instead of reaching out to us and giving us an opportunity to make it up to you" --- I tried to reach out to you, but one bartender was immediately rude to us and we did not accuse him to cheat the customers, he just answers all the time "it is so" without no possibility of explanation; the other run simply away when I asked her if she remembered nobody of us took Roku Gin (but we just asked to substitute it in our Basil Smash cocktails) and a third person just look at us with open eyes while we were going out of the bar without asking us why we were discussing. If that's what you're looking for, there are very few alternatives in Munich.
There are some drawbacks, however. Most importantly, the Karaoke system is essentially based on the Singa app, which means not only are the song choices somewhat limited for non-English songs. Worse, for almost half the songs, the Karaoke lyrics were out of sync with the actual song, or even completely detached from it; at times the system even froze or went down in a loop.
Also, be aware that the rooms are very tight spaces -- ours was supposed to fit 10, but we felt packed like sardines. Which also makes it a bit awkward because every time one wanted to add a song to the queue, see the restroom or the waiter come in to serve drinks, it would directly interrupt the singing. Moreover, standing up while singing is just about impossible because it’s so squeezed.
Another issue is the food: There isn’t any. It would be nice to get some small nourishment (other than a handful of salted nuts) when you’re on a 2- or 4-hour singing spree, especially since the hours overlap with dinner time.
On the plus side, the sound quality is fairly good, though I have to confess I’m not a big fan of the heavy ‘filters’ that make your voice sound a bit artificial. Also, because of the small size of the room, it can feel very loud, especially if you’re seated near...

We've been a regular customer since 2023 and never have I nor my Friends exprerience to wait for 1 hr and 30 mins in queue just to get in since some of our friends were already there inside ahead of us around 2130 Uhr and 3 of us went there around at 2200 Uhr. First we already knew since day 1 how it works there, that if the Karaoke boxes are full they would not let newly arrived customers in for the reason of crowd control BUT yesterday's situation was different because after the customers of the Karaoke Boxes were done most of them left immediately and did not loiter around the bar area anymore, based on the video that our friends who were there inside sent us.The videos showed us the situation in the bar area reel time, that was around 2300. In the video we could see that the bar area was not crowded and there was still space for new customers. Which made me and my friends question and think whether it is really that worse of a situation to let a group of 3 in, who have been waiting for almost 2 hrs. Would it really crowd the area? That was not really crowded in the first place.
