We went to this restaurant yesterday. I ordered " Tandoori all you can eat". No one came to refill it as the food came in a small plate. Later on I asked the guy to pack the things up as it is since we need to leave , the guy replied "Sorry sir we cannot pack this since it's a buffet" and we were shocked because the word "Buffet" was not mentioned in their Menu or on the Website. I hate wasting food so I stayed and force myself to finish it as soon as possible. Then the guy after seeing the empty plate of platter asked me "Shall I clear it?" to which I replied "Are you in some sort of a rush?" and then he left us alone. Still no one came to ask for refill neither I can see any buffet where I can go and fill myself. In the end I gave up and while I was paying there was again no word mentioned "Buffet" in the bill. Before leaving I just said three things to the guy to make him understand how amazing their service was.
I ordered "Tandoori all you can eat" and it's not a buffet because I don't see any place where I can refill it and even if it's a buffet in your kitchen then you should've refilled it, instead of refilling your colleague asked me if he can clear things up. I asked you to pack things up without telling you to refill it which should not bother you because I am paying €19.90 just for that particular meal. The most funny part - While I was paying and telling him all this. He said I will pack it but what will he pack ? Empty plates ? By now I forcefully ate everything up and there's nothing left to pack except half Indian bread.
That was my first and the last experience . I live in Nürnberg but never again in my life I will be passing by their doorstep. Customer service was shocking...
Read moreMy search for authentic Indian food in Germany might have come to an end! The food was beyond my expectations and everything was freshly made.
We ordered onion bhaji, karahi murgh and karahi gosht with butter naan. The food was not overpowered by spices and had no artificial taste, pretty good quantity for the price.
The ambiance was great and the seating was spacious. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We got a complimentary drink after our meal which tasted great!
A must visit for those looking for authentic Indian food and overall a great environment! A...
Read moreOur experience was overall great.
We ordered Dal Balti, Mixed Subzi Jalfrezi, Rarra Chicken , Tandoori Rotis and Chai (tea).
Dal Balti is basically Dal Makhani, which tasted as good as the one you get in any Punjabi restaurant in India. Same goes for the Jalfrezi.
Some rotis were slightly overcooked, and the order arrived very late. But the waiter was kind enough to give us almost 2 cups of Chai even when we ordered 1 (we were billed for one).
And yes, the ambiance was good and the seating was spacious. A must visit for those looking for authentic...
