Absolutely NO! I wouldn’t recommend this place due to their behaviour. I visited this place while we were there on sightseeing. They couldn’t prepare our food in 50 mins, I asked to pack it and takeaway (we had to leave due to our bus connection). The waiter and the waitresses were disappointed - they explained that they don’t have a suitable box to pack our lunch. I explained them our situation and apologised for the inconvenience.

What happened after? I went to pay our pill and a manager (?) or I don’t know who was waiting for me for with his little presentation. He told, next time we should go to McDonalds because they have a lot to do and as a consequence our lunch is not ready.

I was speechless and disappointed. I had to leave without eating my lunch. I would have mind to pay the full bill to get a normal behaviour from all those people working for this place.

PS: thanks, later we got...

We were under time pressure and my partner wanted a quick espresso before our drive home, so we went inside to order. When we asked if we could have a coffee to have here and pay straight away and have a normal cup, the waitress refused. we understood and said it was ok to have a take away. She proceeded to make fun of us to her colleagues within earshot, because of our mistake. A different waitress came to take our money and asked for €4,60. We asked if that’s for one espresso, and she said ‘no for two’. When we said we only wanted one (for my partner), the first waitress sighed loudly and shoved one cup into my hand. The coffee was also very average, but we weren’t expecting anything remarkable from a push button machine. Feeling very embarrassed and very annoyed, we left the city with regret that this café was our...

Probably the worst cafe in the world! If it was possible, we would like to give no stars at all, here are the reasons: We entered the cafe and asked if we could sit at a table. The answer was ”NO”, in an angry and loud voice from the black bearded waiter. Finally at another table in the backyard corner we ordered two beers, same beer for both of us. The waitress, this one was was blond with short hair, still believing we were in DDR?, came with two different beers, one small and one large. We told her this was wrong, she said ”NO, I wrote this in my note book”. The food was cold and tasted nothing at all.

We should have gone when the beer was served,...

There is a pretty extensive choice of hot chocolate, both with and without alcohol. I ended up with the home made nougat version, very tasty but should have stirred once the whipped cream layer had been eaten, because all the good stuff was at the bottom. Location is great. Nice place to sit down in the old center, even on a windy day. In a tourist area one was a bit surprised that there was no English menu though.
