Restaurant Asian (Thái binh quán) — Restaurant in Quedlinburg

They claim its a vietnamese restaurant at the entrance. It's not. It is a strange mix of various asian cuisines. We tried two different versions of duck. none of them were any good. The duck skin was not crisp but like rubber band. The vegetables included red pepper fruit, champignon mushrooms, onion and bamboo shoots directly from a can. The sauce tasted like maggie cubes. No ginger, no garlic, no thai basil leaves, no fish sauce, no chili. It had no authentic asian style to it at all. Cheap ingredients and poorly prepared. Decide what you want to cook and do it properly. Also clean up the hallway and toilet and fix the broken sink in the mens room. In this so-called restaurant you don't meet any pride, skill or...

Neue Chance..Anfang Januar 2025. Blamabel.. erneut. 2 Heizlüfter...blasen warme Luft.. In die Räumlichkeiten, des Gast-raumes. Und das, bei 2c Außen-Temperatur. Die Stühle, am Nachbar-Tisch Wo man auch, sitzen könnte... Teilweise...Veraltet und aufgeschlitzt. Das Essen.. Eigentlich warm serviert. Aber...durch, die ganzen. Geschilderten Missstände, unsere Meinung nach. Irgendwie...Total unangenehm. Und Richtung, den Toiletten.. Hinter dem Thressen, wird aus einem Plastik-beutel..irgend eine Flüssigkeit. In Flaschen..abgefühlt. Und das, bei laufenden Betrieb. Furchtbar, das man.. So etwas.. sieht, oder sehen muss. Wo bitte, ist das Gesundheitsamt.? Der solche..Gastlichkeiten, kontrolliert. Sowie. Unverständlich, wie solche Gastlichkeiten, in der heutigen Zeit, ihren Umsatz, Erwirtschaften oder Erwirtschaften.. Können.?? Am 25.01.2025 erneut..auf Goggle dargestellt, als geöffnet. I had to give at least one Star. I would like to forget the taste of food from there. My wife ordered a Take-away (Pho with Tofu and Spring Rolls) First of all, I’m absolutely sure that the spring rolls aren’t self-made. They looked and tasted identical to the ones from Supermarket. If I wanted to have Spring Rolls from Supermarket, I could have bought it myself. Secondly, Pho with Tofu tasted just like warm water with salt. It’s the worst Pho, I have ever tasted. Wasted Money....
