We ordered Gutschein 205 and super deal bucket at drive through today. The staff told us she could let us order Gutschein 205 without showing her the Gutschein, probably she saw that I have the KFC APP and there were a line behind us. We were like okay we’ll get that deal.
The moment we got the order, we looked inside the bag and found out the problem. The super deal bucket was fine, but we only got a Colonel TS Burger from the Gutschein 205 we ordered. But in the end, she just ordered a Colonel TS Burger for us. So we parked our car, and went into the restaurant and told them about the problem.
The female staff who was working at the drive through lied about the situation and insisted that it was what we ordered. Actually, she was pretty absent-minded when she took our order. We had to wait for her to finish ordering the customer behind us through the headset several times which was really awkward.
The male staff whose name is Michael was very unfriendly to us and refused to solve the problem. On top of that, he even accused us for leaving the drive through. But the thing is we immediately found out the problem, parked our car, and told them the mistake right away.
This was the most unprofessional and ridiculous customer service we’ve ever experienced. What was so difficult to just make our order right instead of arguing with us? The staffs just make it very unpleasant for us to go there again.

If you are in traffic like me and my family were, and you don't want Mc or King, recalibrate your decision because here I assure you is a place to avoid... I hope the manager applies positive changes and makes...
Read moreI am a big fan of KFC; however my experience today was the worst experience ever! The French fries were cold and not tasty! And the chicken were undercooked and old, and not tasty at all! I hope I do not get any kind of food poisoning! There were red areas and red spots all over the chicken, traces of blood, and the chicken tasted terrible! I went to the cashier and showed him the plate and he replied arrogantly and offensively that the chicken are well cooked and that he is a cook, so he knows; I also told him that they taste old and they didn't tast good, he didn't even listen! I was really disappointed! I stopped arguing with him, because it will be useless! KFC is a worldwide franchise, and there should be food quality standards and customer service standards, which should never be compromised! And by the way, the cashier had one of his fingers injured (he had a kind of plaster on it); yet, he served my food, which is imposes a health risk, is uncommon also not recommended in a KFC!
