Stübers Restaurant — Restaurant in Rhein-Nahe

We stayed in the area for a couple days which included the hotel above this restaurant. For the first night we decided to eat here and we were not disappointed.

Everything was bang on for service and food quality and taste. The only piece that was different was sitting outside beside a busy rail line. Still… being electric is was relatively quiet and just behind it was the Rhine River to admire.

I had the meal menu as shown in the photos.

The appetizer was an amazing selection of flavours and tastes I couldn’t get enough of. Just delicious.

The salad was fresh and mixed with textures and flavours of different vegetables and a savoury salad dressing with just the right mix of acidity and sweetness.

The pork shoulder was melt in your mouth smooth and delicious with the perfect gravy to smooth out the palate.

The deserts were surprisingly fun and different. Each their own flavour and nothing was wasted.

I would definitely recommend eating here and if you love trains you will love it even...

At the end of Bacharach town walk, we had a late brunch and early dinner here. We loved the food from the second the plates were brought to the table. The Portuguese fish stew was seasoned by cumin and sesame seeds. The pepper steak was done very well and tasted amazing. The wild boar was no disappointment either. Main dishes were amazing. Good portion, delicious taste. However appetizers were below average & extremely tiny. There is nothing to drink here except for the dry wine (no cocktails, no semi sweet wine, nothing), it’s actually the big problem an prevented us from spending the evening here.
