Located at Doberaner Platz, this coffee shop will amaze you. The baked goods are among the best in the city, especially the cinnamon rolls. On weekends they may sell out, so you should drop by earlier.

Indoor seating is really nice, as there’s not too many tables and it doesn’t get super loud. It’s the perfect place to chill with some friends or to take someone out on a date.

Ich wurde von Instagram "geinfluenct" (wenn man das so schreibt 😀) und war letzte Woche mit meiner Freundin endlich mal diesem schönen kleinen Cafe. Ich kam rein und musste irgendwie an Berlin denken, viele kleine Tische an denen Leute saßen, ihren Kaffee, in den verschiedensten "Fancy-Varianten" genossen und wir waren ein Teil davon. Und was soll ich sagen: Ich bin verliebt. Man traut sich an die etwas anderen "Arten" von Kaffeegetränken, sei es den "Standard-Cafe Latte" oder was ich für mich entdeckt habe,ein "Flat-White" oder Chai-Latte und,und,und. Die Auswahl ist groß und man kann bei jedem Getränk zwischen H-Milch, Hafermilch und Laktosefeier Milch wählen. Und das Beste kommt ja erst, es gibt Zimtschnecken,jeden Tag frisch hergestellt, sowie das Bananenbrot und viele weiter Leckereien machen so den Besuch im "Baltic Brothers Coffee" zu einem kleinen,unvergesslichen Ausflug,fernab des Alltags. Einfach mal raus aus dem oftmals hektischen und unentspannten Alltag,rein in die Welt der Kaffeekunst. Und es ist wirklich eine Kunst,der Blumenverzierte Kaffeeschaum hat es mit wirklich angetan.😍 Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und probiere weitere Kreationen...

Best place in Rostock and not just for coffee. The service was just the best, kindest staff in the city, inclusive, tolerant and diverse which is not a common thing around here sadly.
