Bäckerei jaze — Restaurant in Stuttgart

I paid 13€ for two coffees, brownies, and a spinach tart (3.7euros) Unfortunately, the spinach tart was completely unwashed , I bit into small stones on the very first bite. I immediately told the staff it was disgusting and asked for a replacement. They gave me another spinach tart, reassuring me it was different. Sadly, the same thing happened again: the spinach was still dirty, and I felt sick after the first bite. When I asked to exchange it for something else of the same price, the staff refused, saying I had already received two pieces for the price of one. To make things worse, they threw away the rest of the spinach tarts, which shows they knew they weren’t edible. Very disappointing experience, unhygienic food, poor service, and definitely not...

A super cafe just opposite the train station in Bad Cannstatt in Stuttgart. They have great coffee and oat milk if you don't want cow milk (devil's juice). They have a wide range of various backed products and savoury food. Seating outside, too. The cafe is well placed on the corner where you can people watch.

Eine Katastrophe in Hinblick auf Service und Kommunikation mit dem Kunden. Bösartiger Ton gegenüber Kunden und Minderheiten, die nicht dem Ursprung der Ladenmitarbeiter entsprechen. Unverhältnismäßige Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung in Hinblick auf die Marke Coca Cola. Getränke sind auf dem Preisdisplay des Kühlschranks anderslautend ausgezeichnet als an der Kasse dann abgerechnet wird. Bei Rückfrage wegen möglicher Preisänderungen oder Fehlern wurde ich blöd angemacht mit dem Hinweis, dass wir hier nicht bei Aldi wären und dass mich die Kalkulation nichts angehen würde. Sehr fragwürdig erscheint mir dieser Hinweis an einen Kunden, der mit Schmuck im Wert von 25.000 Euro vor Ort ist. 3,50 Euro für eine Dose der Marke Coca Cola in einer Bäckerei erscheint mir jedoch bei weitem zu hoch gegriffen. Wir sind hier nicht am Flughafen oder am Hauptbahnhof, sondern im prekären Milieu...
