The establishment itself was pleasant and comfortable, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by the behavior of one of the waiters. From the moment we arrived, he displayed extreme rudeness toward one of our friends, making impolite comments and exhibiting consistently unprofessional behavior throughout our interaction. He delivered our orders disrespectfully and made unnecessary remarks about women in German, evidently assuming we couldn't understand him.
Upon reflection, we regret not addressing his behavior sooner, attributing it initially to perhaps just a bad day on his part. However, upon discussing the matter with another staff member afterward, it became apparent that our concerns were valid and should have been raised earlier.
Ironically, when confronted, the waiter attempted to justify his actions by claiming he was trying to be humorous, a sentiment that fell flat and only further underscored the disrespect we felt.
In the interest of providing constructive feedback, we encourage you to communicate with your staff about the importance of maintaining professionalism and friendliness toward customers. It was disheartening to have such an experience, especially when our intention was simply to enjoy a pleasant evening with...
Read moreThere was a waiter who was incredibly rude. When we asked him if we could change to a empty table beside us because we had five persons in one small table that time, which was too crowded, he refused our request and gave the table to a single white man. When we started to simply ask him why, he suddenly began to blame us continuously as „super rude“ with aggressive and impolite gestern. What’s worse, whenever we tried to explain the “Missverständnis “ (we had thought it could be some misunderstanding) he interrupted us every time within one second and kept scolding.
He did give us a new table finally. The problem is that he asked another two foreigners far away to exchange their table with us while the single white man just beside us could enjoy his table alone. (Btw we were asked to give our bigger table to other customers earlier that night too.) We just didn’t accept and went home. The whole Friday night was ruined by him.
If your are white, you could go there, because you should be their customers. If you are German, you could go there, because you could at least argue with them. For me, it’s the worst experience I got in a Brauhaus in...
Read moreDo not go to this restaurant. As in everything great customer service will keep customers coming back. The restaurant waitress who served our meal insulted us!! We had the worst evening in our dining out experience at this restaurant. We ate, paid our check, and watched as the waitress looked at our credit card receipt with a frown because we did not put her a tip on our credit card. She then went to her co-worker, pointed us out, who turned and looked at us as if we had done something wrong. She did not know if we were going to leave her a tip in Euro on the table. She then came back to us, and asked if everything was good because we did not leave her a tip. This was very rude of the waitress, we have never had a waitress beg, or demand a tip from us or insult us in this horrible manner. We will be telling all of our co-workers (five hundred of them) that this restaurant has rude workers and to not give them their business. And we will tell anyone we meet to never go to this restaurant, as we will never go to this...
