The establishment itself was pleasant and comfortable, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by the behavior of one of the waiters. From the moment we arrived, he displayed extreme rudeness toward one of our friends, making impolite comments and exhibiting consistently unprofessional behavior throughout our interaction. He delivered our orders disrespectfully and made unnecessary remarks about women in German, evidently assuming we couldn't understand him.

Upon reflection, we regret not addressing his behavior sooner, attributing it initially to perhaps just a bad day on his part. However, upon discussing the matter with another staff member afterward, it became apparent that our concerns were valid and should have been raised earlier.

Ironically, when confronted, the waiter attempted to justify his actions by claiming he was trying to be humorous, a sentiment that fell flat and only further underscored the disrespect we felt.

In the interest of providing constructive feedback, we encourage you to communicate with your staff about the importance of maintaining professionalism and friendliness toward customers. It was disheartening to have such an experience, especially when our intention was simply to enjoy a pleasant evening with...

There was a waiter who was incredibly rude. When we asked him if we could change to a empty table beside us because we had five persons in one small table that time, which was too crowded, he refused our request and gave the table to a single white man. When we started to simply ask him why, he suddenly began to blame us continuously as „super rude“ with aggressive and impolite gestern. What’s worse, whenever we tried to explain the “Missverständnis “ (we had thought it could be some misunderstanding) he interrupted us every time within one second and kept scolding.

He did give us a new table finally. The problem is that he asked another two foreigners far away to exchange their table with us while the single white man just beside us could enjoy his table alone. (Btw we were asked to give our bigger table to other customers earlier that night too.) We just didn’t accept and went home. The whole Friday night was ruined by him.

If your are white, you could go there, because you should be their customers. If you are German, you could go there, because you could at least argue with them. For me, it’s the worst experience I got in a Brauhaus in...

Do not go to this restaurant. As in everything great customer service will keep customers coming back. The restaurant waitress who served our meal insulted us!! We had the worst evening in our dining out experience at this restaurant. We ate, paid our check, and watched as the waitress looked at our credit card receipt with a frown because we did not put her a tip on our credit card. She then went to her co-worker, pointed us out, who turned and looked at us as if we had done something wrong. She did not know if we were going to leave her a tip in Euro on the table. She then came back to us, and asked if everything was good because we did not leave her a tip. This was very rude of the waitress, we have never had a waitress beg, or demand a tip from us or insult us in this horrible manner. We will be telling all of our co-workers (five hundred of them) that this restaurant has rude workers and to not give them their business. And we will tell anyone we meet to never go to this restaurant, as we will never go to this...

This brewery in Stuttgart, Germany, is a fantastic spot for beer enthusiasts and families alike. Their hefeweizen beer is truly the best around, boasting a perfect blend of flavors that any beer lover will appreciate. The atmosphere of the place is awesome, especially because of the kids' play zone. It’s a great addition that allows parents to relax and enjoy their drinks while the kids are entertained. The customer service, however, could use some improvement. While not terrible, the staff could be more attentive and responsive to enhance the overall experience. The food at this brewery is phenomenal. Each dish complements the excellent beer selection perfectly, making it a great place not just for drinks but for a full dining experience. Overall, this brewery in Stuttgart is a must-visit for its exceptional hefeweizen beer, family-friendly environment, and outstanding food, despite the room for improvement in customer service.

Enjoyed the most delicious German food at the Brauhaus Schönbuch Bolzstraße Stuttgart Germany 🇩🇪 since 1823 They serve regional specialities as well as light seasonal and vegetarian dishes. This is what we had and relished : A Large salad plate with lettuce leaf cucumber tomato and potato salad oil and vinegar 😋 Swabian roast meat with gravy and fried onions with swabian pasta 😋 Pork roast with gravy 😋 Ravioli with Meat and Spinach (Maultaschen) 😋 German white sausages 😋 Vegetable burger with beans and salad and fries 😋 For Desserts : Apple Strudel with Icecream 😋 Sliced sugar pancakes with raisins and apple sauce 😋 They have a good variety for Nonvegetarians as well as Vegetarians . Not only their beer but also all their products come from local region! If visiting Stuttgart and want to relish local food must visit !

Let me preface this review with I am typically not a beer drinker. So when I asked the waitress for a recommendation, she introduced me to radlers and they’re my new favorite drink of lemonade and beer. I also was super hungry, and can confirm you will love the schnitzel and the potatoes were absolutely incredible with the gravy. The apple strudel was phenomenal, and it pairs well with an espresso. Overall a great atmosphere, some of the best service I had while in Germany, and amazing food too. Definitely stop by here if you’re hungry and in Stuttgart. As far as wait times go, I was solo and walked right in and was seated immediately. I visited around dinner time, so some people had to wait a few mins to be seated if they were in a larger group, so I’d keep this in mind when visiting as well.
