Very bad experience. They cut the portions in half but still charge the same price. Even if you order the “large,” it’s exactly the same as the small. That’s total disrespect to customers. I told the worker, but she just smiled and said, “That’s the owner’s decision.”

On top of that, when she gave me the food, there wasn’t even a bag. When I asked, she laughed and told me, “Maybe you can get one from the neighbor.” Excuse me? I paid good money here, why should I run to the neighbor for a bag? Absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable....

I ordered potato manti take away, but they gave me meat one. I can’t eat meat and unfortunately I ate thinking that it is potato filling. I got sick and couldn’t watch the match because of that. When I went back, they didn’t even try to compensate it and answered defensive. They should be much more careful and kind to the customers. Additionally, the price is high for those small portions. Definitely...

Hatte das Classic Mantı in der großen Portion zum Mitnehmen. Habe dafür 11,50 gezahlt und kann zusammenfassend sagen, dass es zu teuer ist für die Menge und die Qualität.

Das Team ist noch nicht eingespielt und weiß wahrscheinlich noch nicht, was für ein Andrang zur Mittagszeit im Milaneo vorherrschen kann. Daher hatten wir lange Wartezeiten für ein Gericht, bei dem alles bereit ist und welches kurz zusammengeworfen wird. Da der Laden neu ist, ist das verständlich und akzeptabel.

Ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter nett und höflich.

Die große Portion Mantı macht nicht satt und ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer. Ich weiß nicht ob die Mantı selbstgemacht sind, aber sie schmecken so fad wie die Mantı aus der Tiefkühltruhe im Supermarkt. Diese sind jedoch viel günstiger als das hiesige Angebot. Das finde ich sehr schade.

Aufgrund der oben genannten Faktoren ist dieses Restaurant für mich keine wirkliche Alternative für die Mittagspause (und...
