Rude! I don’t know what their issue is, but they are extremely rude and their customer service is nonexistent. We’ve gone three times, and they literally just stare at us. The only time I’m greeted is when I speak first. Everyone before & after us are always greeted right away. My children & I went in today & the two girls at the counter starting literally laughing in our faces while we tried to order. We are Americans & don’t speak German, so although they spoke English - I didn’t waste my time confronting them. I really don’t care, because they will never get another cent from me. Do better, Teespresso! You’re embarrassing yourself with your ignorant behavior, bad customer service, and subpar drinks. Shame. Also, the baked tea was disgusting. It tasted burnt & I threw the entire drink away when I got home. The brown sugar boba was nothing impressive. The boba tasted like unflavored, chewed gum. Definitely have had better. Instead of being rude & unprofessional you should put that energy into providing quality drinks. I’ll stick...

Rude employee (just only one employee who is very rude.) I just said that the topping that she made was wrong. She said she already made it and already charged my money ... so my solution was I let her threw the topping away and put only milk tea in to the glass because I didnt eat those topping. Yes she did and spoke to her colleague in Chinese then she redo the order which was already mistake.( why she has to do that if I said I didnt want those topping?) It was absolutely rude speaking and action and I couldn't accepted. She talked to me very bad with very rude service. She has no sevicemind.
