Lindt Chocolate — Local services in Stuttgart

At first this store may seem like a tourist trap, which it surely is partly, but I had a great time here. I went on a Saturday afternoon when it was not too busy and got some chocolate to take home for Easter. When I got to the counter recongnizing I was a traveller the clerk could not have been nicer and more friendly, giving me a bunny and small chocolates as a present for Easter. Of course, Lindt chocolate is super delicious but the guy working there is so rude. Dude, If u don’t like being in customer service, u need to find another job. Christmas time and it is such a joyous time of the year. It feels horrible to deal with someone with such a terrible attribute. He was not ready to answer any question and was just annoyed when I said I am a membership and at end threw the receipt in the bag and walked away without even saying the usual ‘Bitte schone’.

I piled up the chocolate in a bag and changed my mind due to pricy tags, tried to put up some chocolate back but I believe I could have mixed it up, which could have affected other customer, it, guy reached out to me in rush I got afraid so told him bag is not mine, and he busted out at me, kind of afraid going to the place, better is kaufland etc where you can leave the things if you change your mind and put in its place back due to clear demarcation...
