Coyote Cafe Trier — Restaurant in Trier

Bad service! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Didn't know if we needed to wait to be seated. Two waitresses saw us starring at them and they talked to each other and ignored us. I walked up to them and ask, "do we just sit anywhere?" The pregnant one just shrugged and said annoyingly, "yeah!" Like we were a bother to her. We sat inside and the pregnant lady told us to move our stroller because she was preparing OUR table for reservations for the night!! Wow!! It took 15 mins for someone to come and take our order and 20 mins for the pregnant lady to bring us our menu because she was busy preparing the tables for the night's reservations. We asked how long the food is going to take and one girl told us about one hour. We left and was GLAD that we left! Very very very BAD service!!! One of the girls was nice but I think she was new and was told what to do. Very disappointing........ NEVER come back or recommend to anyone EVER!! Doesn't matter what the food tastes like, if the service is bad, the whole...

Worst experience I would say ..I wouldn't give even one star for this cafe. The food is worst we ordered nachos which was around 12euros just nachos and cheese that's it nothing else was in it ,and our order took around 1.5hrs to arrive and there was this really worst waitress I think she was the only lady there in the cafe ..you are the worst waitress I have ever come across ,she didn't have any etiquette of how to treat a customer in a cafe ..she was rude , faces and not at all polite ..made our experience worst .and they gave us different drink instead of our cocktail and we didn't realise that and we had it by mistake and she came in and spoke to us so rudely saying that it's not your drink and you should pay for it ..who's mistake was it by the way ..and how can we know how they serve and not serve something like that ...it was really the worst experience ever in Trier for us and I would never go back to this place or even suggest this place...

Just awful. Our waitress was rude, didn't smile, and didn't check on us very often. We ordered chips and dip. The chips are little doritos (seriously). The "salsa" was like jelly, same consistency and sweet. Gross. I ordered the fajitas thinking no one can mess up fajitas... I was wrong. They came out in a skillet but it looked like it was boiled steak meat and some veggies scooped out of a pot and put in a skillet (it wasn't even sizzling, no smoke, that was a first for me). Very bland, slightly cold, and the "steak" meat was just... gross. My friend ordered the enchiladas. You could pick them up with your hand, they were hard. They were also coated in that sweet "salsa". The Mexican rice tasted like it was a mix of rice, ketchup, and the nasty jelly salsa. Just awful. Very, very disappointed with both service and food. We sat outside and it was a nice atmosphere though. So 1...
