First I would like to start with the food because this was the only good thing in the whole restaurant, what is supposed to be an experience turned into a very unpleasant story. We made a reservation arrived in time, already from the begining the waiters had a nonfriendly welcome after we specified that we have a reservation, they just said to sit wherever. After we sat down without asking they presumed that we will all have all you can eat, one waiter started to explain us about the procedure, in a few words which was not at all clear, another waiter came over after scolding the first one and tried to explain but again not clear. Normally at the end they tried to explain but we still did not get it. 10 rounds for 2 people, so basically 5 rounds per person but no one told us that for every rounds we should order as much as possible. What they said we have to wait 1 min between the rounds but nothing else. Of course at the end we paid everything and we did not get an invoice. Worst staff I ever encountered. If I could give less than one start I would. The fact that they do not explain the rounds story would boost their profits so eventually all makes sense. Not nice at all.

You get what you pay for...actually get less. The restaurant itself and the ambiance is nothing special with the service being ok. The choices for the buffet launch is limited, but more importantly the quality of food is just poor. Fish so overcooked that it was dry, certainly would not call their tempura as such, the batter was very thick; edamame was over cooked; udon noodles tasteless and again, dry. Courgettes were all right. Overall, will not return and suggest you consider.

Schlechtestes Sushi Restaurant ever! Wirklich!

This restaurant is awful. From service to food quality(our experience). -Service, We got served by an old asian man. He had no smile on his face and not polite as other service members. In addition when he brought the dish, he thew the dish on our table, again other people wasn’t like that. -Food, We ordered algae salad and some sushis to start. The algae salad was disgusting. It has a intolerant taste of fishy odor. It seems like the salad was there for 2 weeks. For the most warm dishes, have no taste, what I mean by that is the cocker didn’t even put a bit of salt. In contrast, a dish with beef has a lot of salt and black pepper on it. General speaking, the taste of their dish is quiet randomly prepared. What i found very taste, was the tempura shrimp. The shrimp has been marinated and fresh fried. The beef in general is tender with certain probability of course. Sushi is not bad not good either. It’s something that you can eat and not getting angry. The soy sauce is extremely salty as most asian restaurant in Germany. So as conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to other people because of 2 dishes. Plus that high price...

The experience about this restaurant was not good. We are from south of Germany visited Trier and looked for something to eat. We didn’t know this restaurant is buffet. We walked in and asked for table for 10 people but then an old Asian man took us to table and didn’t say nothing just brought IPAD in our hands. We didn’t know how to do or have no idea about this order ?? Hey you should please at lease explain a bit ? Buffet or just normal order or how ? We asked also what should we do and so on but seem like he couldn’t speak any German or English? We wanted to walk out but didn’t do that for some reason so ate there for lunch and came another younger waiter look like French guy. He was sooo nice and explained everything what we wanted to asked an old man. He serviced so good after that and helped us a lot. About food not that great normal Quality and not many choices to eat. Sushi came with really big rice ( they want maybe for 1 sushi and...
