AVOID IF YOU LIKE REAL MEAT AND PROPER SERVICE!! f you like real meat burgers and not processed "fake meat" at real meal prices, this is your place. We are Americans, from Texas, who know the difference between real sirloin burgers and processed pressed patties. To make matters worse, two patties were 11.80 Euro / $13.50 USD without fries. Very disappointing and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for serving such low quality meat at these prices. Clue - if u can't order your burger by temperature (i.e. Rare, medium, etc) it's fake meat. It's chewy and pressed and perfectly round. Then we ordered the pound of fries for 7.,80 Euro, not a pound but OK, whatever. My issue was with the "guacamole cream" sauce that is nothing but bagged again processed guacamole. Again, from Texas, I know my guacamole. And definitely not a cream sauce. Weird. Tastes awful. We asked for a replacement and the waiter thought about it and then said he couldn't. Wouldn't or couldn't. Really? It's a sauce! To top it off, at the end, the waiter had the audacity to offer our bill, that we were paying by credit card, and tell us, "Your total is XX. XX before you tip me". Seriously? Tacky. I may be an American, known for tipping, but I know tipping protocols in Europe as well LIVE here. Classless. On a recent stay in Wurzburg my husband and I found this super Burgergrill. The waiter we had, Tarik, was really friendly and helpful, giving us an English menu and explaining how it all worked. We met the manager Easi who was also really friendly and welcoming as in fact all the staff were. We had a really good meal and enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. We therefore had no hesitation where we were going to eat on the next night, which was our last and went back there. We had a wonderful welcome and had great service, this time by Mustapha, Easi came over and chatted with us and Tarik also acknowledged we were there. Once again we had a super meal and exceptional service. This Burgergrill was a super find and we would highly recommend a visit to it. My wife and I came across this burger bar by chance during a brief visit to Wurzburg fro England on April 3rd 2019 and went in expecting just a basic meal. I can safely say that we in fact had a fabulous evening and that we were looked after so well by all the team, but especially by Tarik who made sure we had a warm welcome and an English menu.! He made sure we understood how their menu worked and that what we ordered was just what we wanted. We also met and spoke with the owner who was delightful and jolly and also made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and cosy and the meal itself was excellent, especially the really good chocolate cake dessert.! So, we will be going back again tomorrow for a return visit, for sure. ...
