I was living in Germany a few months ago and been to this McDonald's a few times with my friends. Didnt have any issue, until I went there one day after my work in the evening when a old lady was shouting racist remarks at me. Im mixed so half German and she was shouting at me to go back to my to country, but this is my COUNTRY!!! & regardless if it wasnt, its unacceptable and disgusting. No one deserves to be treated this way. She was screaming for like 10 mins at me and people and the Mc Donalds staff were staring but no one said or did anything!! After ages one staff finally told her to leave but it took a long time. At that point, I had already eaten my food and it was a unpleasant night after a a long day of school and work.... Read moreI came to this McDonald's during a 20+ minutes layover between trains, and they were so slow that we missed our train. I got my food in a slow time, and on top of that, they forgot my coffee. Upon bringing this up to them, the woman at the counter attempted to correct their error. However, it was a lazy one. She put my cup near the machine and left it there for over ten minutes while serving other customers. Eventually, I grew impatient and just left without my coffee. Presumably, a McDonald's in a train station would prioritise speed as their customers obviously have somewhere to be, but evidently, this one seemed to not think about it. The atmosphere is not the best, since it is very crowded, it is not comfortable to stay and eat. Now, as for the staff, I think they are all friendly and work well except for the blonde woman with glasses, who is always yelling and treating all the staff badly.
