Sumo Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Würzburg

We came to visit the restaurant again because last time it was a super good experience. They keep up with what we already experienced. They placed us in a table super fast and were extremely helpful us when they took our orders (because someone had an allergy) and they made sure it was safe for our allergic friend. The place is not so big, so make sure to call and make a reservation if you are visiting on a busy day on Würzburg. The food was delicious, super fresh and with exquisite taste. Edit: the next day, we went to Sumo Sushi bar 2 and experienced the exact opposite. Friendly, efficient and delicious. Go there instead.

Enquired about a table for 3, shown to seats by staff member. Waited for a while, another man came along and said we couldn't have seat as people were coming and it was a table for 4, we enquired about another table, there were several, told we couldn't put another chair on a table for 2. Strange behaviour, I think he didn't want a wasted space as we were 3 not 4. Wouldn't have minded except we had been shown a table and spent some time...

We were here for lunch. A nice ambience with running sushi. It was awesome to see those small boats running around in the water. The fried rice was yummy, the noodle was delicious and what makes them different was the wok burnt and tossed vegetables in the soy sauce. I had ordered : Crispy chicken breasts in Schezuan art, which was really amazing. I would love to order the same dish, next time too. The people at work are nice and friendly. The preparation of the order is also quick, so you don’t have to wait long...
