My first impressions were mixed. We waited for someone who could tell us if we could get a place for 5 people with a stroller, but we were told that we needed to wait for a place. (there were no reservations and a ton of free space)

Then we got a place next to the bar, only a small place for the stroller next to the bar's entrance.

It took them 13 minutes to notice that we were ready to order and 17 minutes to deliver the food. (mainly pizzas)

The staff did not know any service rules (especially the one with a goatee) as they wanted to place the food from the left side of my shoulder (while I had a baby on me) to the table. This is unacceptable as they could spill anything directly on the baby. The best practice is to serve it from the right side only.

Kids can make pizza independently, but to do so, you need a chip - which they throw on the table like you throw a treat to a dog.

This kills the quality vibe of the other Autostad services.

The food and place were okay - nothing to compliment or complain about, but the service was TERRIBLE. We've waited for over 25 minutes for our food (an antipasti of cheese and ham, and a pizza). I tried to talk to one of the servers by waving at her and she said she would let her colleague come, which she did but only after a long time. Then the second waitress came and said right away, in a tone of a boss to a subordinate instead of a waitress to a customer, "We saw you. You don't have to (mimicking my waving but more dramatically). It takes a long time and they (the other customers) ordered before you." The table which ordered right before us had already finished half of their lunch and still no food came. Not even a word of apology or sympathy.

We've visited Europe many times and Germany three times. This is by far the worst European customer service we've...

Wir waren gestern den 25.04 in Wolfsburg unser Auto holen . Nach einem kleinen Problem mit dem Neufahrzeug hatten wir noch 1,5 Stunden Zeit unser Auto zu holen also entschieden wir uns in diesem Restaurant essen zu gehen. Wir bestellten 1 Pizza Tunfisch , 2 mal Kinderpizza zum selber machen und nach Wunsch belegen , 1 Pizza Salami Schinken , 1 Salat und einmal Nudel mit Shrimps. Die 2 Pizzen kamen recht schnell , die Kinder durften ihre Pizza selbst vorbereiten leider war die Auswahl sehr dürftig da es nur SALAMI , KÄSE , TOMATEN, MAIS und PAPRIKA gab . Das war schon komisch nun zum Salat . Der Salat war nicht frisch und die Blätter waren schon schwarz und glitschig, salatblätter mit noch wurzeln dran (also nicht gereinigt ). Als meine Frau die Nudeln bekam und essen wollte kam schon das nächste Problem wir haben natürlich auch 3 Personen abgeschmeckt. Nudeln nicht durch und die Garnelen innen noch roh. Als wir die Kellnerin drauf ansprachen nahm sie den Teller mit und lief weg und sprach mit jemand . 2 Minuten später kam sie legte den Teller wieder auf den Tisch und sagte das das so nur geht sonst würde das Essen kaputt gehen und auf Nachfrage das es roh ist sagte sie das können wir nur so machen . Wir schauten uns sprachlos an und prompt war sie schon weck. Wir riefen sie nochmals und sagten ihr das wir das Essen so nicht wollen da es ungenießbar ist .sie nahm den Teller mit und verschwand . 10 Minuten später kam sie und sagte wir haben ihnen die Nudel nicht berechnet wo ich antwortete das ist das doch normal wenn was nicht gut gekocht ist.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr unzufrieden nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder was anderes . So was schlechtes mit verfaulten salatblättern und rohem essen hatten wir noch nie in einem Restaurant . Eine Unverschämtheit war das . Nie wieder in diesem Restaurant , und ich kann jedem davon abraten dort...
