This place wasn’t up to my expectation.. I was there on the 3rd of January 2025 with my boyfriend and my brother.We entered the place with a higher energy but the lady at the reception really turned down our energy at the entrance with her rude and nasty attitude…Her level of communication was very bad..I think the manager should really work on her attitude else she’s going to be sacking customers away with this rude attitude of hers…That was our first time there so at least she should have had a calm and good welcoming relationship with us but she was so rude……very very very very rude that I wouldn’t even recommend this restaurant to anyone just because of her attitude…Aside her rude personality, the waiters were actually nice and cool especially this one Nigeria guy.He speaks politely and lovely and was the only one who at least made our time there a bit lovely and comfortable.👍……The security man or whoever he is is another rude and nasty guy over there……I think customer service needs to improve to help make the restaurant a perfect...

I went to try their Mexican Thursday night buffet, their promo video says price is 290ghc. I got there was informed by the hostess the price is now 490ghc because they are having their anniversary and I need to pay before I can be seated!!! First of all I have never been to a restaurant where you pay before you eat lol. I got seat around 8:15pm and the food was almost finished and cold! Mind you the buffet is suppose to last from 6pm to 10pm but more than half of the food was gone, what was left so cold ei taco & pizza. After about 20mins in the lights kept going on and off and we were later given table lamps when the light didn’t seem to come back on. So no food because they needed light to prepare more and guess what I still paid 490ghc… I had a drink it was nice btw lol I would add...
