So these guys successfully made me try the famous Ghanaian banku & tilapia (with pepper of course) - best decision on this trip. I canât say whether itâs the normal taste of the dish or their special method of preparation, but the banku/tilapia meal is heaven. The flavors hit you so spontaneously, you might need to take a minute to catch yourself. The hostess was all graceful and attentive, the whole ambience is designed to depict real African vibe.
