The Pallet Kitchen — Restaurant in Accra

So these guys successfully made me try the famous Ghanaian banku & tilapia (with pepper of course) - best decision on this trip. I can’t say whether it’s the normal taste of the dish or their special method of preparation, but the banku/tilapia meal is heaven. The flavors hit you so spontaneously, you might need to take a minute to catch yourself. The hostess was all graceful and attentive, the whole ambience is designed to depict real African vibe. They even have a photo on the wall where the restaurant was pictured in the New York Times! Lovely...

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Located at the center of Osu, I must say it’s one of the restaurants in the area with the nicest structure. Great customer services. I love everything about the Pallet Kitchen! If you love designs then you will fall in love with the place. Upon arriving they tell you African stories from the olden day.
