With all due respect, this is not jamaican food and certainly not authentic. I understand the passion of Ghanaians who want to learn and serve Jamaican cooking.....so why not say ' jamaican inspired' cooking. I ordered the braized oxtail....no taste, no flavour, huge pieces..bigger than bite size. Rice and Pea's swimming in a tomatoe like gravey....again, no taste, not even salt. Mac and cheese taste the way white folk make it..very bland. Price is reasonable, but was disappointed with the food. I suggest that you hire and study under an actual Jamaican chef. Learn about our combination of spices and use them. This will make a huge difference...
