Fanari Beach — Restaurant in Antiparos Municipality

Huge disappointment. We came to Antiparos from Paros on a daily trip. Since we have been told that Fanari beach and this beach club are one of the best in Antiparos we were really unpleasantly surprised.

First, when we approached the beach we saw massive grey/green/reddish mouldy pond just next to it in behind. As we get closer very bad smell followed. On the beach my husband find it unbearable. The area of beach club was little bit secluded so the smell was hardly noticeable. I don't understand why the management/owners of beach bar do not try to fill in that stinky pond with gravel. Leaving it, will ruin their reputation and it looks that they have high expectations. You can not overlook surroundings and not see wide picture. (especially when it smells)

Designwise beach club is really special and the setting is beautiful to the eye.

But, aside of looking fancy, parasols and all the canopies are made of rope net, giving you zero protection to harmful sunrays, which made the whole thing of being in beach club and renting parasol pointless. Trees there are really nice and gives to the look of the place, but are few, small and very transparent. We sat there for an hour or so, I took a swim (my husband didn't want to give it a go), ... music was super chill, service good too. Also, the beach itself, looks very nice to look at, but if you want to swim, there is slippery rock slab under the water to overcome and after that sand bottom. Sorry for being...

We arrived in Antiparos in the morning. This was the first place we stopped, it looked cute, but we decided to check out the other places we had seen online. Before I say anything else, GO HERE.

We visited the Beach House and the Soros Club. Soros is clearly overpriced in every way imaginable. The Beach House might be ok. We couldn’t find pricing. But when we arrived without a reservation we couldn’t go in. And the guy at the gate had very little interest in explaining anything to us. He basically tried to send us to the regular beach.

Now back to this place. We followed the signs toward the beach, we had requested a reservation online and they sat us. We took a double bed instead of two lounges but the pricing was the same as the chairs.

The server was extremely attentive. He walked the entire place constantly and always asked if we had what we needed. This was some of the best service we ever received anywhere.

The general vibe was very chill. Not many kids around, mostly couples or groups of adults. Great music spanning the decades but perfect for a beach vibe to relax you.

The pricing was quite reasonable. We had. A few bottles of prosecco for about €40 each. We had planned to get food but ended up heading out before we did that.

Really great spot. Parking at the building. Beaches are on either side too as well as where the club is. Definitely check it out!

This is a great spot!! It’s too bad that my stay in AntiParos was so short. The only complaint that I have is that I did not spend enough time there. I would highly recommend spending a day here. It’s literally right on the beach. It is so convenient with the bad/restaurant so closeby. What struck me most beyond the location and how beautiful it was, the service!!! Actually, that was why I decided to spend time there. I sat in the bar area as opposed to the seating on the beach because I wasn’t swimming and didn’t have much time to sunbathe. I ordered water and a fruit. They brought us ice and my friend ordered an Americano which she really enjoyed. My fruit plate was full of the most delicious and fresh fruit! It was a perfect way to wind down the afternoon. Then the music!! They were playing House which is my favorite genre sk I am listening to this great music on this beautiful location and couldn’t be happier.
