Not usually one to complain however the service we received by a female waitress on 14/7/25 was shocking. We arrived after dinner at approx 11pm. My partner is fluent in greek and proceeded to order in greek, the lady consistently replied in english seemingly irritated. When our two cocktails arrived my partner said “efcharistume”(thankyou), she then threw the straws onto the table and slammed the bowl of complimentary potato chips exclaiming “thankyou!” sarcastically as if to imply we hadn’t been polite? We were shocked and appalled and it absolutely soured our otherwise lovely night. Perhaps she doesn’t like “foreigners” speaking greek as we heard her speaking greek herself to others but she was absolutely terribly rude. Should’ve gotten up to leave immediately without even bothering to touch the drinks as soon as that happened but we quickly drank the drinks, paid and left. Establishment should invest in staff with some...

The hazelnut pralinate had the flavour of cheap chocolate and no hazelnut was present or if it was the flavour of it has been abolished with the amount of cheap chocolate they mixed with it. All our friends agreed with it and all had apauling experiences. If it wasn't this bad for a group of 6 people I would be not writing this review. In Argostoli is by far the worst place to have a decent ice cream, it is not average, I am not comparing with Italian ice cream, it is bad by...

The waitress with blonde hair was extremely rude — I waited for her to bring the menu, and when I politely asked for it, she gave me an aggressive look. She walked away, came back without the menu, and made a comment about not wanting to wait or stand in the rain.
A couple at the next table received similar treatment; she told them to hurry up and order, and they ended up leaving — just as we did. We moved on to the café next door who treated us completely differently — friendly, welcoming, and professional. A...
