AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! We ordered scotch single malt whiskey but we got supermarket type instead. I am not a professional but I am member of the London Whiskey society so I can differentiate. We asked for the manager but instead the manager wife came, they brought the bottles to prove they gave us the right brand but the new drinks were clearly different than the first ones, when ask them to try no one drink whiskey, no one (very convenient), and when asked to smell no one could differentiate. Just to make it clear, one of the whiskeys was Lagavulin, which is well known because of a intense smoky flavour so of course anyone can notice the difference with a supermarket one. Ούτε ένα αστέρι δεν αξίζει. Παραγγείλαμε ναργιλέ και 3 κοκτέιλ. Μόλις ήρθε ο ναργιλές τον τοποθέτησαν σε τραπεζάκι το οποίο δεν ήταν καθόλου σταθερό. Μόλις τον ακουμπησαμε, ο ναργιλές έπεσε πανω στη φίλη μου με αποτελέσματα να παθει εγκαύματα στο χέρι και το πρόσωπο. Η πρώτη αντίδραση του προσωπικού που σέρβιρε τον ναργιλέ ήταν, όχι το αυτονοητο δηλαδή να ρωτήσει αν είμαστε καλά, αλλά να ζητήσει αποζημίωση για τον ναργιλέ και να πληρώσουμε κ τα ποτά που δεν προλαβαμε να καταναλωσουμε, τα οποία επεσαν και αυτά στο πάτωμα. Ακόμα μας επέρριψε την ευθύνη για τον ναργιλέ που έπεσε, τον οποίο ισχυρίστηκε ότι σπάσαμε και ότι εμείς μετακινησαμε το τραπεζάκι μετά το συμβαν, σε σημείο που δεν ήταν σταθερό,.για να ενοχοποιησουμε το μαγαζί. Μάλιστα μετακίνησαν οι ίδιοι το τραπέζι και ισχυρίζονταν ψευδώς ότι βρισκόταν σε εκείνη τη θέση η οποία ήταν σταθερή, το οποίο δεν ήταν καθόλου λογικό γιατί αν βρισκόταν αρχικα το τραπέζι εκεί που το είχαν τοποθετήσει αργοτερα, η κοπέλα που κάηκε δεν θα μπορούσε να καθήσει γιατί μπροστά υπήρχε ένας πάσσαλος. Αργότερα ήρθε ο πατέρας του ιδιοκτήτη, μας έλεγε ότι επίτηδες ρίξαμε τον ναργιλέ για να μην πληρώσουμε και ότι πήραμε 15 ποτα. Αργότερα μας είπε ότι αφού αρνήθηκαμε να πληρώσουμε θα φέρει την αστυνομία. Δίπλα μας υπήρχε ένας άντρας ο οποίος μας έβλεπε περιφρονητικά και όταν τον ρώτησα γιατί κοιτάζει έτσι μου απάντησε ότι είμαι σαν γύφτισσα, ότι έχω πρόβλημα και μεγάλο κόμπλεξ. Αργότερα έμαθα ότι ο συγκεκριμένος ήταν ο ιδιοκτήτης. Σε κάποιο σημείο, πήρε το τηλέφωνο του και το έστρεψε προς το μέρος μας. Όταν τον ρωτήσαμε αν μας βγάζει φωτογραφία, μας απάντησε ότι μας έβγαζε βίντεο. Όταν του είπα ότι θα ειδοποιήσω εγώ τώρα την αστυνομία, μου είπε δεν φοβάμαι και ότι η αστυνομία ήταν δική τους. Αργότερα ήρθε στο χώρο η αστυνομία και αυτός εννοείται δεν παραδέχτηκε τιποτα. Αντιθέτως συνέχιζε να ισχυρίζεται ότι λέμε για όλα ψέματα. Μάλιστα όταν του ζητησαμε να δείξει τις κάμερες, που προηγουμένως ισχυρίστηκε ότι έβλεπε από το κινητό του, αυτός αρνήθηκε. Όση ώρα μιλούσαμε με την αστυνομία, προσωπικό και ιδιοκτήτης μας χλεύαζαν για την διάλεκτο μας. Εννοείται ότι η αστυνομία έκανε πολύ καλά τη δουλειά της. Το θέμα δεν ήταν εννοείται να πληρώσουμε τα ποτά μας, αλλά η απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, η αδιαφορία, η έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και σεβασμού, αλλά και η...
