Flower Pizza Mavili Sq — Restaurant in Athens

I have sat at the Flower a few times, I have also ordered online. My experience has always been excellent! The food is of high quality, the staff pay attention to detail and they are so attentive and helpful! Always very polite, they do not show any signs of tiredness or rudeness, even when they have been on their feet for hours. The atmosphere is gorgeous under all those shady trees that keep the place cool, together with the fountain a bit further away, even when the day is very hot in the summer. There are a few relaxed, non-intrusive and friendly cats around, should you wish to pet a furry friend! We had to wait a bit for a table, but it is worth it, the tables are occupied immediately when the previous customers leave, this is an indication of the preference people show towards the Flower, although there are of course other places too nearby for food and coffee. I do recommend the Flower, the pizza is yummy, the ice creams delicious, the salads are top notch, and, of course, the coffee is great. Keep up the good work...

I must say that I was very disappointed of the customer service today! After waiting for 10 mins to get serviced for a hot chocolate, when I asked the employee if he could assist me as I’ve been waiting, he responded to me to further wait as he was preparing other orders for delivery. I waited another 5 minutes until I asked if he will be able to service me otherwise if he can’t to let me know so I can go to another store that can assist me for my order. He replied to me with a condescending tone and unpleased expression go to another place I can’t serve you! For the least I was surprised as he chose to turn a customer away and to have that kind of approach and tone! After that experience I’m surely not going to be their customer again and I’ll prefer to choose a store that appreciates its customers and...

not a vegan (or even a vegeterian) but the best pizza in Athens is probably the "Vegetariana" of their menu. When reading the ingredients list you cannot simply imagine how well everything pairs together. Vegan or not, do try it. you won't regret it.

always go for the thin & crispy dough in order for the toppings to shine through (have to admit though that the deep dish version is quite good as well)
