I went there on a business dinner. Our Greek customer chose these restaurant because of my coeliac condition. I was really happy to see that most of dishes were marked as “GF” (Gluten Free). When you have coeliac disease, having several choices makes us happy!
I loved the fact that every dish and drink name had a celebrity name. But this is not what I liked the most. What I liked the most was the deep knowledge that the waitress who took care of our table had about gluten-free safety. Despite most of dishes were marked as GF, she recommended to change my choice in order to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Apparently, Pamela Anderson, the first dish I chose that apparently had no gluten in its ingredients, it could have some cross contamination risks. She recommended me the Frank Sinatra with arugula Salad.
For starters, I cannot recall the names because it was my customer who ordered but we had two different salads (one with burrata and another one with mushrooms) and potatoes with fried eggs. They also brought two gluten-free bread rolls.
I hope you understand that I couldn’t take pictures as I was on a business dinner. Nevertheless, the food was very well presented and tasted great.
I want to really thank to that waitress that took care of my gluten-free...
Read moreThe theme and decor is very well thought of! "Hollywood greats" Notice the attention to detail they give to the theme and how it carries from the ambience to naming their menu items. Their food was served by very prompt and helpful service staff who were well versed with the menu. Organic food made with all my favourite ingredients lead to a very exciting food experience. Their tuna carpaccio was a great start, followed by their baked mushrooms in a cream sauce which we went at until the last drop of sauce was wiped off the plate! A very diverse variety of mains should satisfy anyone's wishes for a no fuss/simply delicious and healthy meal course! Their banoffee pie is to die for! Make sure you leave enough room for this dessert as it is simply awesome. I would suggest letting your server know the kind of cook you would like on your proteins. We weren't asked the cook we'd have liked on the fish we ordered and it was done slightly over what we'd wanted. Other than this, it was a perfect...
Read moreThe food was well, and there are a few gluten and lactose free options. The atmosphere looks nice, but the equipment, let's say, makes your stay a bit uncomfortable. When I got my seat, I felt the leather seat, which was absolutely uncomfortable during the summer and hot weather if you were dressed with shorts or something like that. Incline tables are something you could feel during your meal and this was also not convenient. It is difficult too to reach your table through the rest of the places as well as they are too close to each other. Another thing I was shocked is that the bin in the toilet is next to one of the sinks that makes it difficult to use. The service is around the middle as I sked several times for one and the same time. So, for a local restaurant...
