The review is for Saturday evening dinner (~10pm). This place was disorganised. We sat down after talking to the host, were given no menu, ofc all waitresses ignored us untill we went to talk to the host again and finally got the menus. Most restaurants and bars in Athens offer complimentary water, but not this place. I get that each business has it's own rules, but in combination with other factors it doesn't help building a better impression. Tzatziki is under dips on the menu, yet it doesn't come with anything to dip with. That's fine, but the bread we ordered to go with tzatziki came out burned and coasted us 2.5€ a peice. Main dishes for the table don't come out at the same time. Chicken was first and after some wait - fish, which was partially cold. It's just not the restaurant experience I particularly enjoy. Flavor was ok, simple homey recipe. There was damage control, we got complimentary shots and dessert to cover some of the trobles. It was nice, but I'd still rather prefer having a better dinner over free stuff.
Overall, I gues if ure lucky u might leave satisfied, and if ure not lucky - ure us and ure writing this review. So come at ur...

Portions were smaller than expected, prices were higher than they should be, and the food itself was mediocre in both taste and quality. The atmosphere was rather cold and not cozy at all, which made the overall dining experience...
Read moreMy wife and I visited this place in August, and I cannot recommend it enough! It’s one of the best modern taverns we’ve been to in Athens. The food, atmosphere, and service were all perfect! The waitress was both professional and kind. We also tasted one of the best white wines we’ve ever had — it’s called Πέτρινες Πλαγιές (“Petrines Plagies”). Thank you! We’ll definitely come back the next time we...
