I'd read reviews of the homestyle cooking, so dipped into this place after a long hike. It was late, just before closing, and I was looking for something not so heavy, so landed on the potatoes for takeout. The woman at the counter was sweet and ladled up such a portion I reheated a second half for breakfast. I don't know how she cooked them, but they were sliced and so perfectly baked (grilled?), deliciously fresh and savory, in a light stew of olive oil and spices, that if I lived in Litochoro these would be a soul-food staple. I'm going back some time when I have a proper appetite to sample the rest...

The best authentic, traditional food just like my mama and yiayas. Impeccable all the way around, worthy of a 5 star rating. Great food, amazing service, very reasonably priced and very clean.
