A god awful lame excuse of a wannabe bakery that’s just full of pretentious snobby uneducated pricks who wanna scam tourists who bring them business, i wanted to pay with a forex card, a card i specifically got to pay in other countries without having to worry about exchange rates, the servers on two different occasions 1.didn’t ask for my consent when selecting the currency and chose the home currency rather than euros causing an excessive charge TO ME without even my knowledge or consent. REFUSED to show me the screen of the machine and when i specifically asked to select euros refused saying the (idiot) “boss” has told them not to select euros

i don’t know which school of brain deads this boss has been to but it’s common knowledge that customer has the right to select whichever currency they want and it’s literally the most economical better way to select the local currency rather than the currency of the card owner country because that charges everyone. this is a pathetic establishment and i hope it shuts down for this idiocracy they run

edit (reply to the owner) if you did a little research into forex card and financial study you’d learn that the business does not pay any extra charges for a customer who is CHOOSING to pay in the local currency (in this case euros) instead of being a snob to the people who pay for your family’s food be grateful...
