The View Roof Garden — Restaurant in Ioannina Municipality

Came here for morning coffee with friends. It was 11:00 and the music was blaring like we were at a club. No one in our party could hear the other speak without yelling. Also, because of the volume of the music, we could not get the attention of our server. Someone from our table actually phoned the Roof Garden to ask one of the servers to bring our bill to us. There were a total of 5 tables of customers and 4 servers. How is it possible to get bad service with that many servers? This place is so bad, I don't even have words! I will never go...

Απολαμβάνω τον καφέ μου, στον 6ο όροφο του 5άστερου (βραβευμένου ως το καλύτερο City-Life ξενοδοχείο της Ελλάδας 2017-2018), "SAZ Citylife Hotel". Η θέα σου κόβει την ανάσα - όλη η πόλη απλώνεται στο βλέμμα μου. Μπορώ να κοιτάω ώρες την πανέμορφη λίμνη 'Παμβώτις'... το "The View", μου θυμίζει σε πόσο όμορφη πόλη ζω.! Το βράδυ, μεταμορφώνεται σε ένα πανέμορφο cocktail bar, με διακριτικό φωτισμό και, (επιτέλους) με πραγματικούς γνώστες mixologists πίσω από την μπάρα. Μεγάλο μείον, το όλο θέμα της μουσικής: η ένταση είναι πολύ υψηλή, το setlist μονίμως το ίδιο με αδιάφορα και πολυφορεμένα ηλεκτρονικά ακούσματα, κάθε βράδυ - ο dj θα πρέπει να βαριέται πολύ. Ευτυχώς, συχνά αναλαμβάνουν τα dexx πασίγνωστοι Έλληνες και ξένοι επαγγελματίες και τότε πραγματικά "the stars are out", και δεν 'πέφτει καρφίτσα'... υποψιάζομαι πως ο - οι ιδιοκτήτης -ες, οι CEO και ειδικά ο PR manager, έχουν πολλά connects στην Ευρώπη.! Το service είναι υψηλού επιπέδου και το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό και ευγενέστατο. Ως επαγγελματίας εστίασης επί 10ετίας, εστιατορικού management και αναγνωρισμένο Στέλεχος Τουρισμού, δεν εντυπωσιάζομαι εύκολα. Η λεπτομέρεια κάνει την διαφορά. The rooftop garden is one of the most beautiful cafeterias-bar in the center of Ioannina city. It is on 6th floor and you use the elevator. The view is amazing and unique. There are many choices. The service is really friendly and quick. The prices are affordable. I totally recommend it to everyone, local...
