AITHRIO CAFE-BAR — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

The tables are beautiful, the place is cozy, but the service is so slow. Ten minutes to see us and to give us the menu, another 20 minutes to come back and take our order, another maybe 40 minutes to get us 3 pancakes and this is given the fact that the place was almost empty and there were 2-3 tables with people. The waiter was polite and friendly which we appreciated but they should really think of how to improve the service, to look more often for new customers at the tables, to not forget that they have given the menu and to come back quickly to take the order. The worst experience I have ever made in a restaurant in my entire life. We sat down and ordered some French fries as a snack. We were the only guests at this time around 2:20pm! The waitress came back two minutes after taking the order and asked us to order more as the price of the French fries would be to low for us to sit on a table…I was shocked and asked if she was serious as there were ZERO other people, all tables empty. But she was serious and we obviously instantly left. This is the biggest Insolence I have ever come across. This would have been zero stars if possible! Stay away...

At least one of the waitresses had some problems with English. I asked for (a) fried eggs and (b) toast. I was told toast is not possible because there is no electricity. I said, "fine, could you just bring the bread, not toasted?" Then I asked what does it come with, thinking that maybe I can pick the jam. I was told it comes with Gouda (cheese). I was a bit surprised, but i asked if I could have it with jam. I was told I can.

Then I got some sort of custom scrambled eggs with Gouda and jam.
