Poseidon — Restaurant in Kassandra Municipality

Dinner was a complete disaster. I went with 12 other people and their families, having booked for 9:30 PM. At 10:30 PM, none of the waiters had come to our table to take our orders. The waiter who arrived after, made a mistake when taking our order, but it wasn't until another 30 minutes later that we I discovered that 4 of the dishes we'd ordered weren't available. The waiter (after bringing warm white wine to the table) returned 10 minutes later, telling us that also my second choice and the dishes ordered by two others were also unavailable. Furthermore, given that after over 2.5 hours, 4 people at the table still hadn't eaten anything, we angrily asked for the bill. At that point, after everything that had happened, we expected at least some kind of gesture from the restaurant acknowledging all the mistakes they'd made. Unfortunately, after checking, we discovered that not only had we been disregarded, but the bill was also incorrect (over €30 more for unordered and unconsumed wine).

At the end of the dinner, after almost 3 hours since we arrived, 2 people didn't eat. Before leaving, we kindly asked to speak to the owner, but were told he didn't speak English. Terrible restaurant and terrible customer service.

5 stars for the food. 2 stars for the service. What were the negatives: they forgot to bring us the menus ( almost half an hour) after we gave the order we got forgotten again; there were three more tables that came after we ordered and that for their food already. after I signaled the waiter and he came to our table I asked for an estimate of how much time will it still be needed. He looked confused and realised that something is definitely wrong. He went in the back then came and told it will be 5-10 minutes. It was eventually 15. Most probably our order was lost somehow, and they managed to find it and cook everything needed in 15 min. Note we didn't order anything fancy, just to not have to wait that much.
