Paralia Posidi — Attraction in Kassandra Municipality

Very clean water even during windy days with waves crashing against the shore. The beach is very long, with pebbles and a thin layer of sand which can make placing a sun umbrella difficult. However, a very nice beach with plenty of parking spaces along the beach, just behind your back; very convenient. The beautiful pine grove is littered beyond belief with human feces and napkins/toilet paper in every nook and cranny you can find. Beach is quite polluted. Plastics, cigarettes, spiky plants. Even in front of the hotels. No one cleans up or cares. It's a mess. The trash containers are next to the sea. While in the EU we consume drinks with paper straws, they serve the drinks at the beach with plastic cups and plastic straws which get blown away...
