I am absolutely dissatisfied by the attitude of the service at this place. We are travelling with our small dog and always we are checking upon arrival if we are welcome to be with her at any place. However, On the gate we have been invited to enter with her. The gay said no problem at all, we have dogs as well you can come. We were so happy about that! Next we have been asked to pay for an unbrella and seats 5Eur per person on the second line or 10 Eur per person for the first line. Since we were with dog we tried to find a shade so we pickup second line and the lady collected the money. All good so far🤌 Than we ordered and form nowhere a man came up and said you can’t stay here you need to move to another place and he was pointing to a super old and trash seats we totally disagree and we said we have paid and no one told us anything we have been welcome. Than he started to argue with us that the dog is not welcome and they have dogs which will get angry so we just requested a refund and we said that we don’t want to stay at this place. This guys who is supposed to be the manager, if I am not mistaken, said “do whatever you want” 😅 … I am sorry but this is the worst service I have seen in my entire life. We are here for a holiday and I am not obligated to tolerate such energy from anyone. I don’t see this place successful.
I suggest you just walk 10 min down and you will find plenty of better places with an amazing service and calm people which will make you feel really you are on a holiday!
So thanks guys for your attitude, this brought us to a much better place where we have been treated as real guests and we spend our money...
Read moreThis place is a total NO- NO!!!! I'm extremely disappointed from this beach bar... There were flyers from the White bar all over the city and we decided to visit it. The manager found us a place to sit and after that that tragedy begun... He didn't bring us the menu and we waited for more than 20min before we decide to have a swim, because of the heat. After our quick swim the manager came and we asked for the menu to help us decide, he told us that this is the 3rd time that he passes by our place and we didn't order anything (that is not true, because we were actively waving to him for 20min without a responce) we had a short fight and after that we asked for 2 bottles of cold water as for a starter and we faced his disappointment of our "short" order. Anyway, we order some sandwiches and something to drink, which were ok. After that we just paid and walked away, because our mood was already ruined... At the end they told us that we had to pay 10€ for the sunbeds, despite the consumption of sandwiches and drinks that we had... P.S. The beach in front of the bar is not what anyone would expect... a lot of sludgy rocks and when you get past them, the depth is over 2 meters and you can't enjoy the sand... P.S.2 I hope the manager or the owner to...
Read moreNot very clean, not white at all, very expensive and dishonest.
The beach sand is grey, with lots of gravel, entrance in the sea is 100% pebble and very uncomfortable - the name "White" has no any basis.
Furthermore, they have hidden the word "bar" on their banner at the entrance - I wonder why ?
At the entrance you may see that "sunbeds and WiFi are free", when you find a sunbed you see a bar menu, with the notice "sunbeds and WiFi are free for our customers" - that is normal, but when we took 2 sunbeds they forced to buy minimum 4 items from the bar, because we had two small children (2 and 8 years old) - thus charging "per person" instead of "per sunbed", and a minimum item price is 5 euro. And if you leave the beach (and the sunbed) even for 30 minutes - upon your return they will charge you again.
There is another beach right before this White Stuff - they charge 3 euro per sunbed per day and no obligations to buy anything. There is an absolutely free beach right after this White Stuff with the same sand - no sunbeds and no umbrellas, but you may purchase an umbrella for 7-9 euro and use it everyday - so why should...
