Frýni Sto Mólo (Toad at Molos) — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Was shocked to hear that they were actually offering the “rooster” that had been tantalizing me for the last year on Greek menus. I had so far been told (at every restaurant) that it was “not available today”. It was worth the wait here. Rich and delicious served with a home made, hand twisted pasta drenched in the sauce. Amazing.

We had a delicious meal here last winter and had to come back to confirm our first reactions because we were pretty hungry and cold last time and overjoyed to find an open restaurant. We enjoyed their uniquely blended shrimp saganaki, and several other dishes, but there was a possibility that we were easily impressed.

We can now confirm that their interpretation of these traditional dishes is unique and really delicious. It is also served with grace and it’s nice that they had simple greek music (not mutilated muzac versions of classics that make me wish i were deaf). Great option in a sea of...

Excellent food with high quality. I have visited the restaurant numerous times and the quality and taste always reach high standards. Local flavours with a modern touch, fresh materials and perfect service. The staff is helpful and kind and the location of the restaurant right by the sea of the harbor provides a great chance for a nice meal. It is one of the oldest restaurants in the city of Lefkada with a lot of locals visiting it on and off-season. They had decent mussles, But small portion. We also had stuffed beef burger, beef , chicken and Honey pork, but there were no salat or bread for the burger,no salad for the others courses. Did not get any info or see anything that salad was not included. The others restaurants we've been to in greece had side dishes included.
