We visited Ristretto for some brunch and coffee. Unfortunately there was no space in the small alley next to the coffee place. Still sitting in front, we enjoyed the experience and food. We ordered one Eggs Benedict and one Madame Croquant - for both we waited a bit but it was definitely worth it and the place was full, so it was understandable. Eggs benedict were amazing, the hollandaise sauce was delicious and the fact the breads came with a salad made it the perfect brunch meal. Portion size was exaclty right for a brunch. The Madame Croquant was absolutely decadent and soul filling, as it should - no complaints from my boyfriend :) Coffee was actually one of the best I had in Greece so far and that's saying something after 2 weeks of being here ;) Overall great nice service, great food, just tends to get busy but...
Read moreI came here to get an oat cappuccino. I left with a pea milk cappuccino. Pretty interesting since I've never heard of this milk alternative. The cappuccino was quite good. Not the best in town but definitely a solid 8. I scored a bit less because it was lukewarm when it came out and the lack of other milk alternatives was a bit of a bummer. At least I found out pea milk is better than almond and soy in cappuccinos. Cheers guys. Seating option was nice with the shade in the alley and the plants and artwork on the wall.

The alley is beautifully decorated and you feel like you're in a pittoresque little village, sitting on their somewhat uncomfortable but nicely done bar stools. The third time, we went there, they were not up for getting us an alternative for cow milk, unfortunately. For me, this was the best coffee in Lefkada and they would definitely get a 5☆ if they get a standard animal-friendly-milk...
