Ōkeanís — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

I wanted to try this restaurant for a while. It is very close to the centre of Elouda and it is a short walk off the main drag and it was well worth it.

A friendly and warm welcome on arrival and we were quickly guided to our table.

A wide selection of dishes, suitable for all, vegan and vegetarian.

The food was delicious. I think this was the best Fava beans I have ever had. Smooth, soft and tasty.

The grilled squid was also delicious. It slipped off the plate so quickly.

For the main dishes we had lamb cutlets and Swordfish. The lamb was succulent and full of flavour. The swordfish was very tasty.

The house rosé was also a very fine accompaniment to the food.

The service was great and attentive.

I very fine dining experience. I will return...

I am so very glad I stopped here after visiting Spinalonga today.

My meal was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the homage shrimp tortellini and it was to die for.

I ended up ordering bread during my meal to prevent myself from licking the bowl.

I also had their house white wine, which was lovely. Both the front and back of house staff are welcoming, warm, and seem to care deeply about what they do.

It was easily one of the best pasta dishes I have had in my life. Just fantastic.

I did notice a sign advising folks to make reservations if coming for dinner. If it's known how good this place is, I imagine it's hard to get a table at night. If that the case, it's definitely well-deserved. Could not have had a...

Wow !!! Just amazing!! So friendly and attentive every little detail is amazing from start to finish, you can feel the love that goes into the preparation and cooking of the food with each and every bite 😌. I had the lamb chops and my wife had the slow cooked lamb but the photos won’t do it justice as the taste was simply too good to describe 🥰🥰not to mention the house wine 🍷 even had some good tips on how to make some semolina pudding ( I am a baker) which was delicious 🤤 thank you so very much and see you again...
