artisanal Piato — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

We've had two extraordinary good experiences with diner at the new Artisanal Piato restaurant, next to their vibrant coffee store and bakery. Artisanal Piato has a wonderful Italian kitchen with a greek twist. The Piato restaurant in the city centre is a definite recommendation, but at the Artisanal Piato I've had the best dish from our entire holiday in Agios Nikolaos. The crayfish risotto, which was recommended by the professional and passionate waiter was absolutely delicious. For lovely desserts you are at the right place as well!

A coffee shop/bakery and a restaurant side by side, both absolutely amazing. We loved the restaurant so much we went there twice during our week long stay in Crete! The food at the restaurant is delicious and very fresh, and the home made ice cream and bread are to die for!! The service is outstanding, the hostess/owner is incredibly lovely and ensured me and my family had a great experience.
