Pomodoro Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

GO TO THIS PLACE! We visited here yesterday while waiting for our boat to the island and I am so happy we came across this place. I was saying to my partner I don't know how they only have 50 reviews, it is a gem! The pizza was the best we've had so far in crete, my partner loves Italian food so we decided to come here for a bite. The outdoor seating is lovely and relaxing. We shared a pizza which was more than enough because we were only looking for a bite but next time will try the pasta too. The owner is the friendliest most genuine guy, we felt completely welcomed and had a great experience even though shirt, I can't recommend it any more, just go and see...

My partner and I shared a carbonara pizza and a Caesar salad. We really enjoyed our meal, the food was super tasty, the portions were very generous and the two young waitresses were super attentive and extremely friendly! The pizza was seriously overpriced but very tasty. However... pasta carbonara does not have cream in it, nor was the pork in the dish real guanciale. The server (Nick, I believe I overheard his name used by the other table who occupied his time talking endlessly about how great South Carolina is) was not very attentive, plus had to run the ice cream shop solo in between waiting on the 2 tables occupied.
