Taverna Panorama Istron — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

I don't know where should I start..:) First Anastasios on the street, we weren't sure if to come in.. Thank God we did it! Every minute in this restaurant was a pleasure for us.Lovely view, great people, food simple, delicious and always fresh!! They're giving mooore thand taking it back! always vitamina( Raki), watermelon, fresh home made bread on the table.

Gabriela, George and many others just made us feel very welcome.We fall in love with this place after one visit. After that we were there every day for the next 4 days (we had a short holidays). Greek night every tuesday- unforgetable experience! great band, big show, lots of local people dancing, We felt like on a greek small wedding.The atmosphere was soooo hot that our friend decided to propose to his girlfriend!!:) There's not even a small thing that we'd change about this place!!! An Unforgettable Experience at Taverna Panorama

We dined at Taverna Panorama in Voulisma, Crete, two nights ago, and it was truly an unbelievable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left us completely satisfied. The presentation of each dish was beautiful and unique, making every bite feel special.

What truly made the night unforgettable was the people. Giorgo, one of the staff, entertained us with jokes all night long. His energy and friendliness made him feel like part of our group, not just a server but a friend. We had such a fun time that it felt more like a night out with old friends than a dinner at a restaurant.

Been to Greece many times, but, this is, by far the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. We waited nore than one hour for the food to arrive (One Mix Fish platter and two Mix Grill platters, nothing too crazy, in my opinion) then, another half an our for the bread and the garlic sauce. Basically, by the time the bread and the sauce arrived, the meat and the fish were almost finished or way too cold to be enjoyed. The "premium" prices don't reflect in the quality of the plates, especially the Mix Fish platter that was quality and quantity wise, nowhere near the 60 euro price that we paid for it. The waitress described it way better than it, really, was. I'll attach a photo of it to be able to create your own option. On the plus side, the view is very nice, but, that's about it.
